EVChargeRates.com is a free informational website. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
All calculators on this site run entirely in your web browser. The numbers you enter — battery size, state, monthly miles — are processed locally and are never sent to our servers. We do not have accounts, logins or user profiles, so there is nothing to sign up for and no personal data to store.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic server logs (your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not used to identify individual visitors.
We may show advertising from Google AdSense and similar networks. These providers may use cookies to show ads that are relevant to you. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through Google's ad settings or by clearing your browser cookies. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are popular and how the site performs. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
